  • The firm is on the panel of Attorneys with SCORPION LEGAL PROTECTION and receives instructions to represent their insured persons in all labour related matters.

  • Ms. Moodley is a board member of TREE ECD which is a non-profitable organization that deals with Early Childhood Development, Resource and Training.
  • Ms. Moodley has also trained as a mediator with the Mediation Institute of SA.
  • Ms. Moodley was the facilitator for the Bissassar Road Landfill Site Monitoring Committee for the past 6 years. The committee met approximately 6 times per year regarding the operations of the landfill site and compliance with the permit by Durban Solid Waste.
  • Jayshree Moodley is the trainer for CBA Training – Lexis Nexis and trains Disciplinary Skills, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills, Employment Equity, Con-Arb, Investigation Techniques and Report Writing courses for clients of Lexis Nexis in and around South Africa.
  • We chair a number of internal disciplinary hearings for private institutions and corporate entities.  Our offices have also conducted investigations and submitted recommendations or acted as a prosecutor of hearings for Corporate Entities.
